The Exit Readiness Scorecard and any generated report are general information produced for orientation. They do not constitute legal, financial or tax advice, and do not create a solicitor-client relationship. For regulated advice you can rely on, please book a call - we will issue a formal engagement letter through Nexa Law before giving advice you can act on.

When you complete the scorecard we collect your first name, email, optional company details, your 12 answers, your computed scores, and the generated written report. We process this data on the lawful basis of legitimate interest (delivering the diagnostic you asked for) and, where you tick the marketing consent box, consent for occasional updates.

We share data with our processors strictly to deliver the service: Supabase (hosting the submission), Anthropic (writing the report), Resend (sending the email), MailerLite (drip sequence if you opt in), Vercel (hosting), Plausible (analytics). All are bound by appropriate data processing terms.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can withdraw marketing consent from any email we send. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

We keep submissions for three years from your last interaction, then delete. Aggregated, anonymous metrics may be retained longer for research and product improvement.

We use essential cookies to operate the site. With your consent we enable privacy-friendly analytics through Plausible, which does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personal data. You can change your preference at any time by clearing site data.
